There may be a way to reduce the package rates a small amount and I am working that deal now.

Place and Rates

Here is the place we are talking about going.  It is just north of Wisconsin Dells in an area called Northern Bay Resort.  There are condos on the golf course with a clubhouse bar, and even a lake if some guys want to fish (we will have a boat there).

The package is for 2 nights and 2 rounds of golf (weekend rate) including cart.  The price is $300/guy.....if we go on a weekend, or $257 if we go midweek.   The condos have everything in them except food and booze.  They are pretty nice and sleep as many guys as 6 each I think.

The golf course is right along the condos so walking almost everywhere is possible.    The 18 hole course is really great and has 7 replica holes of famous courses including the island hole at TPC Sawgrass and the 16th at Augusta National.

Initial Information

So....we are looking at a golf outing style celebration for several of our guys who turn 60 this year.  They are (God I hope I leave nobody out)....."Coach" (Wilco), The Pollack (Donny), and Jim.

I started this blog to try and keep all interested and informed.  I'll post stuff periodically as the event gets closer and people sign up to come along.

For now.....pass this blog site address along to any who you think might like to participate in the golf deal.   We would be looking at 2 nights in a condo and maybe 2-3 rounds of golf up near the Wisconsin Dells.  Rates etc should be fairly reasonable as we can split each condo rental between 3 or 4 guys.  Tee times can be handled by a buddy of mine.....and there are lots of nice northwoods style bars etc nearby.
